【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62343,whichisatechnicalreport,describesfailuremodeeffectanalysis(FMEA)foropticalunitsofdynamicmodules.FMEAisoneoftheeffectiveandusefulanalysismethodstodeterminethereliabilityevaluationtestitemsandconditionswhicharedefinedinfuturereliabilityqualificationdocuments.Inordertoestimatethelifetimeforamodule,thereisatypicalprocedure.Thefirststepistoidentifythedominantfailuremodes.Thesecondstepistodeterminetheaccelerationtestsaccordingtothesefailuremodes.Thethirdstepistocarryoutthetest.Thefourthstepistoestimatetheaccelerationfactors.Finally,thefifthstepistocalculatethelifetimeofthedynamicmodule.TheIEC61300-2seriesdefinesenvironmentandmechanicaltests.ThistechnicalreportdescribesthedominantfailuremodefordynamicmodulesandrelevanttestsfromtheIEC61300-2series.
