【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoallcommerciallyavailableopticalamplifiers(OAs)andopticallyamplifiedmodules.ItappliestoOAsusingopticallypumpedfibers(OFAsbasedoneitherrare-earthdopedfibersorontheRamaneffect),semiconductorOAs(SOAs)andwaveguides(POWAs).Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishuniformrequirementsforaccurateandreliablemeasurements,bymeansoftheopticalspectrumanalyzertestmethod,ofthefollowingOAparameters,asdefinedinIEC61291-1:a)nominaloutputsignalpower;b)gain;c)reversegain;d)maximumgain;e)maximumgainwavelength;f)maximumgainvariationwithtemperature;g)gainwavelengthband;h)gainwavelengthvariation;i)gainstability;j)polarization-dependentgain;k)large-signaloutputstability;l)saturationoutputpower;m)maximuminputsignalpower;n)maximumoutputsignalpower;o)inputpowerrange;p)outputpowerrange;q)maximumtotaloutputpower.NOTEAllnumericalvaluesfollowedby(?)aresuggestedvaluesforwhichthemeasurementisassured.Othervaluesmaybeacceptablebutshouldbeverified.Theobjectofthisstandardisspecificallydirectedtosingle-channelamplifiers.Formultichannelamplifiers,oneshouldrefertotheIEC61290-10series.
