【摘要】:ThispartofISO6888specifiesahorizontalmethodfortheenumerationanddetectionofcoagulase-positivestaphylococci,usingthemostprobablenumber(MPN)technique.Itisapplicableto—productsintendedforhumanconsumptionandthefeedingofanimals,and—environmentalsamplesintheareaoffoodproductionandfoodhandling.Thismethodisrecommendedforproductswherestaphylococciareexpectedtobestressedandinlownumbersas,forexample,indriedproducts.Coagulase-positivestaphylococciwillprimarilybeStaphylococcusaureusbutStaphylococcusintermediusandsomestrainsofStaphylococcushyicusalsoproducecoagulase.
