【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesamethodforthedeterminationoforganicplanttreatmentagentsindrinkingandgroundwaterusinghighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)withUVdetectionaftersolid-liquidextraction.ThemethoddescribedinthisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothedeterminationofselectedplanttreatmentagentsandsomeoftheirmaindegradationproducts(metabolites)indrinkingwaterwithavalidatedreportinglimitofabout0,1μg/l.Limitedadditionaldataindicatethatitcanbeextendedto0,05μg/l(seetable1forexamples).Themethodmaybeextendedtoincludeadditionalsubstancesandgroundwater,providedthemethodisvalidatedforeachindividualcase.Theselectionoftheplanttreatmentagentsandmaindegradationproductsintable1hasbeenmadeaccordingtotheknowledgeatthetimeoftheinterlaboratorytrial(1992).DataforsomeothersubstancesaregiveninannexA.
