MIL-W-83420, MILITARY SPECIFICATION: WIRE ROPE, FLEXIBLE, FOR AIRCRAFT CONTROL, GENERAL SPECIFICATION FOR (07 SEP 1973) [SUPERSEDES MIL-W-1511, MIL-W-5424, & MIL-W-83343] [S/S BY MIL-DTL-83420F]., This specification covers the requirements for carbon steel and corrosion resistant steel aircraft control flexible wire rope. Type I wire rope will be capable of operation within a -65 degrees F to +250 degrees F (-54 degrees C to +121 degrees C) temperature range in wind, dust, fuel, and oil spills, in wash-down and other environmental stresses and aircraft experiences. Type II wire rope will be capable of operation within a -65 degrees F to +200 degrees F (-54 degrees C to +94 degrees C) temperature range in wind, dust, fuel, and oil spills, n wash-down and other environmental stresses and aircraft experiences.

【摘要】:ThemicroactivitytestprovidesdatatoassesstherelativeperformanceofFCCcatalyst.Becauseresultsareaffectedbycatalystpretreatment,feedstockcharacteristics,testequipment,andoperatingparameters,adherencetothistestmethodisaprerequisiteforcorrectinterpretationofresults.Apparatus,testconditions,andanalyticalproceduresactuallyusedshouldcloselyresemblethosedescribedinthistestmethod.Cautionshouldbeusedininterpretingresultsabove80weight%conversionduetothesignificanceofovercracking.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminingtheactivityofequilibriumorlaboratory-deactivatedfluidcatalyticcracking(FCC)catalysts,orboth.Thisisevaluatedonthebasisofweightpercentconversionofgasoilinamicroactivityunit.TheselectivityofFCCcatalystscanbedeterminedusingTestMethodD5154.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
