【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesminimumrequirementsforimmunityandemissionsregardingelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)forelectricalequipment,operatingfromasupplyoflessthan1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.orfromthecircuitbeingmeasured,intendedforprofessional,industrial-processandeducationaluse,includingequipmentandcomputingdevicesfor-measurementandtest;-control;-laboratoryuse;-accessoriesintendedforusewiththeabove(suchassamplehandlingequipment),intendedtobeusedinindustrialandnon-industriallocations.Computingdevicesandassembliesandsimilarequipmentwithinthescopeofinformationtechnologyequipment(ITE)andcomplyingwithapplicableITEEMCstandardscanbeusedwithoutadditionaltesting.WherearelevantdedicatedEMCstandardexists,itshalltakeprecedenceoverallaspectsofthisproduct-familystandard.Thefollowingequipmentiscoveredinthisstandard.a)ElectricalmeasurementandtestequipmentThisisequipmentwhichbyelectricalmeansmeasures,indicatesorrecordsoneormoreelectricalornon-electricalquantities,alsonon-measuringequipmentsuchassignalgenerators,measurementstandards,powersuppliesandtransducers.b)ElectricalcontrolequipmentThisisequipmentwhichcontrolsoneormoreoutputquantitiestospecificvalues,witheachvaluedeterminedbymanualsettings,bylocalorremoteprogramming,orbyoneormoreinputvariables.Thisincludesindustrialprocessmeasurementandcontrol(IPMC)equipment,whichconsistsofdevicessuchas:-processcontrollersandregulators;-programmablecontrollers(PC);-powersupplyunitsofequipmentandsystems(centralizedordedicated);-analogue/digitalindicatorsandrecorders;-processinstrumentation;-transducers,positioners,intelligentactuators,etc.c)ElectricallaboratoryequipmentThisisequipmentwhichmeasures,indicates,monitorsoranalysessubstances,orisusedtopreparematerials.Thisstandardisapplicableto-equipmentforuseinindustriallocations;-equipmentforuseinlaboratoriesortestandmeasurementareaswithacontrolledelectromagneticenvironment;-testandmeasurementequipmentwhichisportableandpoweredbybatteryorfromthecircuitbeingmeasured.Thisequipmentmayalsobeusedinareasotherthanlaboratories.
